Logistics Terms and Conditions of Carriage

Except as otherwise agreed in writing by a Director of CCL Logistics Ltd (CCL), the following Terms & Conditions apply to our services, current at the time of contract:

        • Freight Forwarding services and Export Packing services are carried out subject to the 2025 edition of the British International Freight Association's (BIFA) Standard Trading Conditions, available here
        • UK and European Pallet Road movements are carried out subject to the Road Haulage Association’s (RHA / CMR) Standard Trading Conditions, available here
        • UK warehousing and associated movements are carried out subject to the United Kingdom Warehousing Association (UKWA) Contract Conditions, available here
        • Mail, Packet & Parcel movements are subject to the carrier's individual Terms & Conditions; copies are available on request
